Lillian Chi

Lillian Chi currently serves as a Residential Coordinator at the University of La Verne since July 2025. Prior experience includes serving as a SANet Advocate for Boston College from July 2023 to May 2025, where responsibilities encompassed supporting students affected by sexual assault. Lillian also held the position of Graduate Resident Director, which involved emergency on-call duties, training and supervising resident advisors, managing budgets, and conducting hearings. Experience as a Graduate Intern with NASPA Region I in 2024 contributed to skills in conference planning. Previous roles include Area Resident Director and Community Advisor at Colby College, along with positions as an ABA Behavior Therapist and Emergency Medical Technician. Lillian earned a Master of Arts in Higher Education Student Affairs from Boston College and holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry-Biochemistry and English-Lit and Environments from Colby College.
