Previously, Gareth held roles as Business and Commercial Director in a private company and Director of Estates and Facilities at Aneurin Bevan University Health Board, responsible for large-scale NHS facilities management and strategic oversight of budgets exceeding £100 million. Additional experience includes leadership roles at Birmingham Community Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust, Sodexo, Medirest, Medway Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, and Countess of Chester Hospital, all emphasizing transformational change, operational excellence, and effective service delivery in the healthcare sector. Gareth holds multiple degrees from The Open University, including a BSc in Psychology and Management, an MBA, and MSc degrees in Human Resource Management and Engineering.
