Jenn Coates

Jenn Coates serves as the Senior Lead Officer at the University of Leeds within the Student Success Centre, focusing on the Plus Programme and PGR Diversity since July 2017. In this role, Jenn sets strategic directions to enhance student success for diverse backgrounds, manages a team of fourteen, and collaborates across the institution to achieve strategic goals related to widening participation. Previous experience includes various positions at Leeds Beckett University, where Jenn managed enterprise projects and delivered strategic initiatives, and at Banks Sadler, where Jenn supported corporate event delivery. Educational qualifications include a BA Hons in Modern Languages from Newcastle University.
