Mahmoud Mugbell

Mahmoud Mugbell currently serves as Senior Second Line Support at the University of Leeds since April 2023. With a robust background in offshore oil drilling, Mahmoud held several roles including Analyst II - Field Support at Valaris plc from October 2005 to June 2021, and Systems Analyst at both Ensco plc and Pride International, spanning from October 2005 to June 2019. The transition from Pride Plc to Ensco Plc followed by the merger with Rowan culminated in the formation of Valaris Plc, where Mahmoud contributed significantly during this period. Mahmoud holds a Master's degree in Information Technology from Leeds Beckett University (2021-2022) and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Science and Technology, Yemen (1996-2000). Additionally, Mahmoud completed high school education in Saudi Arabia.
