Nicole Walker

Nicole Walker is an experienced professional in sustainability and environmental compliance. Currently serving as a Net Zero Executive at London Luton Airport since November 2022, Nicole supports the implementation of government decarbonization policies and sustainability commitments. As a Sustainability Project Officer at the University of Leeds since September 2020, Nicole manages sustainable travel solutions and oversees the University Travel Plan, ensuring alignment with net-zero objectives. Previously, Nicole held roles at the Ontario Ministry of the Environment and Climate Change as both an Application Assessment Officer and Assistant, providing guidance on Environmental Compliance Approvals and drafting regulatory materials. Nicole holds a Master of Environmental Science in Conservation and Biodiversity from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Science Honours in Biology from Queen's University.
