Rob Utley

Rob Utley is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in the telecommunications industry. Currently serving as a Project Manager at the University of Leeds since January 2022, Rob previously held significant roles at Orange, including Head of Operational Efficiency, Device Delivery & Quality, where responsibilities included spearheading the 5G Field Self_Testing program in collaboration with major suppliers like Samsung, Huawei, and Sony. Notable past roles also include Senior Device Delivery Manager and Application and Services Delivery Manager, where Rob defined agile project management processes and managed the delivery of complex projects for a wide range of mobile devices and applications. Early career experience includes roles in multimedia service delivery and usability testing at Ananova. Rob Utley holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Sciences from the University of York.
