Stephen Dobson

Stephen Dobson serves as the Director of the Centre for Cultural Value since August 2024 and holds multiple positions at the University of Leeds, including Associate Professor in Creativity and Enterprise, Director of International Activities, and Lecturer in Creativity and Enterprise. Previous roles include Programme Manager and Senior Research Fellow at Coventry University's Africa Institute for Transformational Entrepreneurship, Senior Lecturer and Research Fellow at Sheffield Hallam University, and Research and Statistics Officer at Rotherham Borough Council. Dobson's academic journey includes a PhD from The University of Sheffield, a Postgraduate Certificate in Learning and Teaching in Higher Education from Sheffield Hallam University, an MSc in Information Technology from the University of Leicester, and a BA (Hons) in Archaeology from the same university.
