David Hill

David Hill serves as the Director of Centres and Institutes and Research Advocacy at the University of Lethbridge since September 2012, facilitating success for university research initiatives and fostering transdisciplinary collaborations both nationally and internationally. As the Director of Development for the Southern Alberta Agriculture & Agribusiness Program at CARAI, David contributes to enhancing the region's food production capabilities in partnership with various stakeholders. Prior experience includes the role of Executive Director for Water Resources at Alberta Innovates - Energy and Environment Solutions from 2007 to 2012, where David oversaw water research programming aligned with Alberta's Water for Life objectives. David also held the position of Executive Director at the Alberta Irrigation Projects Association from 2002 to 2007.
