Keith Knowles

Keith Knowles serves as an Infrastructure Architect at The University of Lethbridge since October 2024. Prior roles include Network Analyst at Lethbridge Polytechnic from September 2019 to October 2024, where responsibilities included leading the Network Services team in managing network infrastructure. Previously, Keith was a Systems Analyst for Unified Communications and Collaboration at the City of Surrey from December 2013 to September 2019, focusing on the installation and maintenance of unified communications systems. Earlier experience at the University of Lethbridge from May 2001 to December 2013 involved leading the transition to a Cisco Unified Communications System and managing day-to-day functions of the Nortel telephone system. Keith holds a Journeyman degree in Communications Technician from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology and a Certificate in Computer Network Technician from Lethbridge College, along with further education from 2013 to the present.
