Abe Karar

Abe Karar is an experienced professional currently serving as the CEO and Principal Consultant at ALCHEMY Digital Solutions since 2016. In addition to this role, Abe is an Industry Expert and Mentor for the Masters in FinTech Program at the University of Bahrain since February 2022. Abe has held various positions in leading organizations, including Director of Financial Services Consulting at EY, Chief Innovation/Product Officer at Fintech Galaxy, and Principal Consultant for Digital Transformation at United Arab Bank. Previous experience includes roles at Deloitte Middle East, Arab Financial Services, and First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB), among others. Abe's academic credentials include an MBA and a Yellow Belt in Lean Six Sigma from the Telfer School of Management, as well as a B.Sc. in Mathematics from Carleton University.
