Mark Neill

Mark Neill is an experienced insurance professional with a diverse background in claims management and underwriting. Currently, Mark serves as the Insurance Manager at the University of Liverpool and as a Claims Consultant at Marsh, with previous experience spanning multiple roles at Aviva, including Claims Manager and Underwriting Manager. Mark’s tenure at Aviva involved operational management of complex claims cases, team training, and supplier auditing. Early career experiences include positions at CGU Insurance, where Mark managed teams of claims professionals, and Commercial Union, where Mark began as a Claims Handler. Mark holds the ACII Chartered Insurer designation from The Chartered Insurance Institute.
