Reecha Sofat

Reecha Sofat is a prominent academic and researcher currently serving as the NIHR Research Professor and Professor of Clinical Pharmacology and Therapeutics at the University of Liverpool, where responsibilities also include Head of Department in Pharmacology and Therapeutics. Concurrently, Reecha holds the position of Associate Director for Enhancing Cohorts at Health Data Research UK and serves as Vice President for Clinical at the British Pharmacological Society. Prior to these roles, Reecha was a Professor of Clinical Pharmacology and Therapeutics and Associate Professor at UCL from July 2013 to February 2022. Reecha earned an MBBS and a BSc in Neuroscience (Intercalated) from UCL.
