Vicki O'Kelly

Vicki O'Kelly is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in partnership development and project management, currently serving as the Head of Partnership Development at the University of Liverpool since March 2018. Vicki has a strong background in fostering collaborations between academia and industry to drive innovative projects aligned with the Government's Industrial Strategy. Previously, Vicki founded Green Blue Skies Limited, delivering significant projects, including a strategic role in a multi-year smart communities initiative in Greater Manchester. Additional experience includes a Sustainable Growth Advisor position at The Growth Company and a senior role with the North West Development Agency, where Vicki managed key regional policy developments on energy and climate change. Vicki's career began with roles at Ericsson and Schlumberger after achieving a first-class BSc in Geophysics and Environmental Science from the University of Liverpool.
