Małgorzata Czernecka

Małgorzata Czernecka is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in training and education, founding Human Power in 2015 to enhance employee and manager potential through strength, resilience, and stamina development. As co-founder of XY Learning Team since 2011, Małgorzata has contributed to the Learning Battle Cards project, a tool for blended learning design and implementation. Additionally, Małgorzata serves as a lecturer at the University of Lodz, focusing on human resources and leadership in postgraduate programs. Previously, Małgorzata held the position of Vice President at HRP Group, where responsibilities included managing e-learning projects and creating evaluation tools, alongside leading projects co-financed by EU funds. Małgorzata also founded the New Technologies Foundation 4Future and holds a master's degree in psychology from the University of Lodz.
