Alise Hagan

Alise Hagan, Ed.D. serves as a Senior Instructional Designer and Director of Institutional Assessment at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette since August 2008. In the role of Director, Alise supports the university's comprehensive assessment efforts, focusing on data collection, analysis, and the guidance of divisions in developing SACSCOC and annual assessment reports. As the first Instructional Designer for the Office of Distance Learning, Alise established professional development programs for faculty and a course certification process. Previously, Alise worked as a Pre-Award Research Specialist, where responsibilities included proposal preparation for external funding and content creation for the office's communications. Alise holds a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, a Master's in Technical and Professional Communication from Auburn University, and a Bachelor's degree in English from Louisiana State University.
