Harlan Etheridge

Harlan Etheridge is an accomplished academic in the field of accounting with extensive experience in higher education. Currently holding the position of Professor of Accounting at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette since August 2000, Harlan has also served as Associate Professor, Head of the Department of Business Systems, Analysis and Technology, and Acting Head of the Department of Accounting. Prior to this, Harlan was an Associate Professor of Accounting at McNeese State University from 1997 to 2000 and an Assistant Professor at the University of Houston from 1991 to 1997. Harlan's professional background includes roles as a Registered Representative at New York Life and as a Controller at Bayou Bottling. Harlan earned a Ph.D. in Accounting from Louisiana State University and a B.S. in Accounting from McNeese State University.
