Constance Carr is a Senior Research Scientist and Faculty member at the University of Luxembourg since April 2010, previously serving as a Postdoctoral Researcher. Constance has also been an Invited Faculty at Sciences Po from September 2019 to July 2022 and a Visiting Scholar at York University’s CITY Institute between January 2019 and May 2022. In addition, Constance held the position of Visiting Researcher at ETH Zürich in early 2014 and worked as an Assistant Researcher at Goethe University from December 2008 to April 2009. Constance began their research career as a Graduate Research Fellow at the European Seminar on Urban Transformation, Poverty, and Spatial Segregation (EUREX) in 2004. Constance holds a Master of Environmental Studies from York University and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Guelph, with previous education at Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin.
