Wan Mohd Sofi Wan Mustapha

Mr. Wan Mohd Sofi is presently the Financial Controller/Bursar of Universiti Malaya (UM). Prior to joining UM, he started his career with Audit Firm as an auditor.

He graduated with B.Acc (Hons) and started to serve UM as a Finance Officer since 2001 and then pursued his Master of Business Administration (MBA) in University of Malaya in 2010. He is presently a member of Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA) as Chartered Accountant.

Throughout his services in UM, he experienced in handling almost all portfolios in Bursar’s Office namely Budgeting, Corporate Finance, Payment & Disbursement, Procurement, Staff Financial, Account, Cash Management and Investment.
