Heba Elsayed

Heba Elsayed currently serves as Assistant Chairman for Investment and Head of the Central Department of Investment and Planning at ITDA since February 2019, while also teaching management and finance subjects at the University of Management and Technology (UMT) since 2017. Previously, Heba held the position of Investment Manager at the Internal Trade Development Authority (ITDA) from 2010 to 2018 and worked as an Investment and Finance Specialist at the Trade Information Center (TIC) from 2002 to 2010. Heba began the career as a Marketing Supervisor at Rainbow Systems of Egypt from 1999 to 2002. Educationally, Heba obtained an MBA from Paris ESLSCA Business School and is pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration and Management at the same institution, while also holding a Bachelor's Degree in Foreign Trade and Business Administration from Helwan University.
