Safdar Mahmood Tahir

Safdar Mahmood Tahir is an experienced professional in project management with a career spanning several decades across various prestigious organizations. Currently serving as Director PMO at the University of Management and Technology since August 2021, Tahir previously held notable roles including DGM at Habib Rafiq Pvt Ltd and Director PMO at IHCC, managing large-scale hospital and real estate projects in the MENA region, such as the SGH hospitals in Cairo and Hail. Earlier in the career, Tahir successfully managed key construction projects including the Multan International Airport and a 234MW combined cycle power plant. Educational credentials include an MS in Environmental Engineering and an MBA in Marketing from recognized institutions, alongside a BSc in Civil Engineering.
