Sana Shakeel

Sana Shakeel currently serves as the Deputy Manager and Head of Talent Acquisition at the University of Management and Technology (UMT) since October 2019. In this role, responsibilities include overseeing the entire talent acquisition process, including executive headhunting and manpower forecasting, as well as managing HRIS data in Microsoft Dynamics. Prior to UMT, Sana held various positions that showcased expertise in policy development, employee engagement, and training coordination across multiple organizations, including Master Papers and the Dadabhoy Institute of Higher Education. In earlier roles at MCB Bank Limited and UBL, responsibilities involved data management and website development. Educational qualifications include certifications in HR management and advanced degrees in Computer Sciences from the Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto Institute of Science and Technology.
