Tobias Ohr

Tobias Ohr is a seasoned professional in leadership training and coaching, with extensive experience in the public sector and legal fields. Since 2013, Tobias Ohr has served as a trainer for public service leaders, focusing on motivating employees in hybrid work models and managing increasing workloads. As a lecturer at the University of Mannheim and the German University of Administrative Sciences Speyer, Tobias Ohr teaches negotiation management and conducts research in behavioral economics and cognitive psychology. Additional roles include deputy head of the legal department and chair of the legal committee in Ludwigshafen, as well as serving as deputy chair of the appeals chamber of the German Motorsports Federation. With a legal background as a criminal law and medical law specialist, Tobias Ohr holds a degree in law from the University of Mannheim.
