Jim Kucher

Jim Kucher is an accomplished academic and entrepreneur with extensive experience in social innovation and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as an Associate Professor and Program Director at the University of Maryland, Baltimore, Jim has also founded and managed Income for Outcomes, A Benefit LLC, which specializes in improving outcomes for mission-oriented enterprises and has secured over $70 million in working capital. Previous roles include Lilly Research Fellow at Villanova University, Babson Entrepreneurship Research Fellow, and Faculty Fellow at the Algernon Sydney Sullivan Foundation. Jim's career highlights also include significant positions at Merrick School of Business, Marketus Maximus, and Zurich North America, showcasing a strong background in marketing, strategic planning, and program development.
