Joed Quaye

Joed Quaye is a dedicated professional currently serving as an MLT Career Prep SWE Fellow at Management Leadership for Tomorrow and a Fellow at ColorStack, where focus is on community building, academic support, and career development for over 1600 Black and Latinx computer science undergraduate students. Additionally, Joed works as a Resident Assistant at the University of Maryland, fostering positive relationships and enforcing community standards. Previous experience includes an internship at Bethesda Green, conducting research on the startup ecosystem and sustainability projects, a role as a COVID Corps Worker with Montgomery County Recreation aiding pandemic response efforts, and tutoring at Kumon Math and Reading Center. Joed is pursuing a degree at the University of Maryland, following a high school diploma from Springbrook High School.
