Katharine Stover is a seasoned professional in climate resilience and sustainability, currently serving as a Fellow at Climatebase since April 2023, focusing on climate startup development and operations management. Previously, Stover held the position of Principal at Hyphae Group, specializing in sustainability consulting from November 2019 to September 2022. Stover's extensive experience includes a long tenure as a Senior Fellow at the Environmental Leadership Program, roles at Scripps Institution of Oceanography, and leadership positions with DC EcoWomen and Defenders of Wildlife, where responsibilities included coordination in landscape conservation and climate adaptation.
