Lynn Handy

Lynn Handy serves as a Senior Fellow at the Center for Democracy and Civic Engagement at the University of Maryland since May 2024. Previously, as Managing Director of National Expansion at Baltimore Corps, Lynn led efforts to deploy equitable talent strategies and successfully recruited fellows for the Economic Recovery Corps while managing a high-performing team. Lynn has extensive experience in organizational development and collaboration, demonstrated through leadership roles in the Talent for Good initiative and strategic management at The Rales Foundation and Downtown Sailing Center. Lynn's educational background includes a Master's degree in Education from Notre Dame of Maryland University and a Bachelor's degree in History from the University of Maryland Baltimore County.
