Mary Taylor-Lewis

Mary Taylor-Lewis, M.A., serves as a Senior Faculty Specialist, Diversity Officer, and Senior Coordinator for DEI at the University of Maryland since July 2023, while also being the Principal Consultant at MKTL Strategic Impact Consulting, LLC since April 2023. Prior roles include Program Administrator at Yale University, where efforts focused on inter-departmental partnerships regarding race and identity dynamics, and Chief Strategic Inclusion Officer at Westover School, leading diversity initiatives. Experience also includes positions in academia and community organizations, emphasizing leadership development, diversity, and social justice. Mary holds a Master of Arts in Higher Education with a focus on Diversity and Social Justice from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from the University of Minnesota.
