Xin Zhang

Xin (Sheen) Zhang is an accomplished materials scientist with extensive experience in research and technology development. Currently serving as an Assistant Research Scientist at the University of Maryland, Xin has previously held positions including Chief Technology Officer at WH-Power, where company establishment and grant management were key responsibilities. In earlier roles, Xin worked as an Associate Principal Scientist at PepsiCo and held various research positions at the University of Maryland, focusing on sustainable materials and advanced nanostructures. Xin's academic background includes a PhD in Materials Science and Engineering from the University of Maryland and a BEng in Materials Science from the University of Science and Technology Beijing.
