Erisa Luzi

Erisa Luzi serves as the Head of Human Resources at the Public Health Institute of Albania since April 2019, while also functioning as an external lecturer at the University of Medicine, Tirana, and previously at the University of Tirana from 2013 to 2020, focusing on Organizational Behavior. Luzi's extensive experience in human resources includes overseeing recruitment, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with employment laws during tenure at the University of Medicine, Tirana. Previous roles include a Payroll & Budget Specialist at Mane TCI and Assistant Marketing Manager at Balkan Sport Sh.p.k. Luzi holds a Master’s degree in Health/Health Care Administration from the University of Medicine, Tirana, and an MBA in Human Resources Development from the University of Tirana, complemented by certifications in Public Health Policy, Economics, and Management from the University of Basel.
