Amy Holmes

Amy Holmes is an experienced communications professional with a strong background in change management and internal communications. Currently serving as Change & Communications Lead at the University of Melbourne, Amy has previously held key roles at Insignia Financial, Bendigo and Adelaide Bank, and Waka Kotahi NZ Transport Agency, where responsibilities included leading large-scale change communications and supporting teams during transitional phases. With a solid foundation in strategic communications, Amy has managed internal campaigns and provided advice for senior leadership, contributing to significant organizational changes in various sectors. Amy's academic credentials include a Bachelor of Arts with First Class Honours and a Bachelor of Arts, both in Communication Studies, from the University of Otago.
