Cassandra S.

Cassandra S. serves as a Legal Research Advisor and Lecturer at the University of Melbourne, specializing in Criminal Law and Procedure. Cassandra co-founded Be Bold Consulting and has contributed to Amnesty International Australia as a Campaigner, Researcher, and Deputy Chair, focusing on Indigenous rights and justice reinvestment issues. Previously, Cassandra held various academic roles at Deakin University, enhancing cultural safety for Indigenous students and facilitating law programs. In public service, Cassandra managed key initiatives for the Victoria State Government, influencing policy in mental health reform and Aboriginal affairs. Currently pursuing a PhD in Law at the University of Melbourne, Cassandra’s educational qualifications include a Master of Laws and a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice.
