Louise Davidson

Louise Davidson is an experienced professional in institutional strategy, planning, and performance. Currently serving as the Executive Director of Strategy, Planning & Performance at the University of Melbourne since January 2017, Louise oversees the development and implementation of the university's institutional strategy and monitors performance metrics. Prior to this role, Louise was the Director of Strategic Planning at the University of Berkeley from July 2012 to December 2016, where Louise led significant initiatives aimed at enhancing transparency and aligning incentives with campus goals. Previous experience includes a tenure as a Senior Strategy Officer at The World Bank and as a Senior Financial Associate at Coopers & Lybrand Consulting. Louise holds a Master's degree in International Relations and Economics from Johns Hopkins SAIS and a Bachelor's degree in Hispanic Studies from the University of Wales, Cardiff.
