Mandana Ghanavati is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in geophysics and data science. Currently serving as an Honorary Fellow at the University of Melbourne since July 2024, Mandana has previously held positions as a Data Scientist at Datarock and as a Senior Geophysicist at International Petro Asmari. Mandana also contributed significantly to the Research Institute of Petroleum Industry (RIPI) in various roles, including Project Manager and Senior Geophysicist. As a lecturer at Amirkabir University of Technology - Tehran Polytechnic from 2013 to 2017, Mandana taught courses on seismic signal processing and data interpretation. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Civil Engineering from the University of Melbourne and additional PhD studies at Amirkabir University, complemented by a Master's degree and Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering from the same institution.
