Mark Burgess

Mark Burgess currently serves as the Chair of the Investment Committee and Non-Executive Director at Australian Retirement Trust and Avant Mutual. With extensive experience in investment and finance, Mark leads the Advisory Board at Jamieson Coote Bonds, a prominent Australian manager of Sovereign Bond portfolios. Mark is also the Chair for the Asia region at the Official Monetary and Financial Institutions Forum, an influential global think tank. In addition to advisory roles with IP Group plc and as an Hon. Enterprise Professor at the University of Melbourne, Mark holds positions as Governor for the Cerebral Palsy Foundation in Victoria and Elder at The Banking and Finance Oath. Mark is the Chairman of the David Burgess Foundation, dedicated to supporting state school students through tertiary education, and serves as Senior Advisor and Managing Director at Emerging Policy Advisory, offering guidance to global asset owners and managers.
