Arjun Rajanna

Arjun Rajanna is an experienced Senior AI Research Scientist at the University of Miami since February 2021, focusing on AI-guided prognostic predictive models for personalized medicine in Multiple Myeloma. Prior to this role, Arjun served as a Machine Learning Researcher at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center from June 2016 to January 2021, developing AI tools for pathologists and systems for healthcare data analysis. Earlier experience includes a Data Scientist position at Etsy, where Arjun built a content-based image search engine, and research assistant roles at the Rochester Institute of Technology, with a focus on machine learning and computer vision applications. Arjun holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Rochester Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University.
