Crystal Gaylord

Crystal Gaylord is a highly experienced healthcare professional currently serving as the Quality Assurance Manager at WEP Clinical since 2022. Prior to this role, Crystal held various management positions at the University of Michigan Health-West from 2011 to 2022, including Operating Room and CPD Manager, where responsibilities included overseeing a level II Trauma Center with more than 100 direct reports and managing a substantial operating budget.
