Meghann Smith

Meghann Smith, MHM, CTRS, is a seasoned professional in health care management and therapeutic recreation with a diverse background. Currently serving as a Senior Quality Management Specialist in Primary Care at University of Michigan Health-West since February 2022, Meghann focuses on physician and advanced practice provider well-being, integrating research and best practices to combat burnout. Prior experience includes roles at Pine Rest Christian Mental Health Services, where Meghann supervised staff in an Adult Foster Care Home and worked as an Activity Therapist across multiple units and patient populations. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Health Care Administration from Michigan State University and two Bachelor's degrees in Therapeutic Recreation from Central Michigan University.
