Tena Hoxsie

Tena Hoxsie has over 20 years of experience in healthcare administration. Tena most recently served as the Vice President of Patient Financial Experience at the University of Michigan Health-West. Prior to that, they held the role of Director of Patient Financial Experience at Metro Health University of Michigan Health. Tena also served as the Professional Billing Manager at Metropolitan Hospital and Metro Health Hospital for over 20 years. Additionally, they were the Director of Physician Support Services at Metro Health-University of Michigan Health and the Director of Professional Billing at Metro Health.

Tena Hoxsie obtained a Masters of Business Administration degree from Davenport University from 2013 to 2016. Prior to that, they completed a BA in Management & Organizational Development from Spring Arbor University between 2007 and 2009.
