Ariana Zarling

Ariana Zarling has a diverse background in youth development and education, with experience in summer camps, after school programs, and higher education. Ariana currently works at the University of Minnesota Alumni Association as the Director of Student and Recent Alumni Engagement, leading programs focused on career support and mentoring. Their previous roles include supporting alumni engagement as a Volunteer Coordinator and working as an Elementary Educator at Banyan Community. Ariana also has experience in program management and outreach initiatives with organizations such as the YMCA of the North and Lutherhaven Ministries. Ariana holds a Bachelor's Degree in Communication Studies and Spanish from Western Washington University.
