Colleen Wilson

Colleen Wilson currently serves as the Associate Director of Program Management and Outreach at the University of Minnesota, focusing on enhancing connections within the geospatial data community through stakeholder engagement and outreach initiatives. Prior to this role, Colleen held several significant positions at Truss, including Director of Federal Portfolios and Director of Product Management, where leadership of a user-centered product practice was key. Colleen also excelled at TPT - Twin Cities PBS as Vice President of Digital Publishing, driving the growth of national public service journalism products, and at KQED in multiple leadership roles, including Executive Director of KQED Lab and Executive Director of Digital Product, where the focus was on innovative product development and media strategy. Colleen earned a Bachelor of Arts from Smith College, majoring in Theatre with a minor in Women and Gender Studies.
