Dannette Fadness

Dannette Fadness is a dedicated educational leader and experienced professional currently pursuing a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership at the University of Montana. As the Director of TRIO Upward Bound, Dannette champions first-generation and underserved high school students in Missoula and the Blackfeet Nation, facilitating trauma-informed workshops designed to build resilience and promote college readiness. With a strong background in nonprofit management, Dannette previously served as the AmeriCorps Director for the Montana Campus Network for Civic Engagement, where responsibilities included overseeing recruitment and programming for service members. Additional roles in child injury prevention and program management showcase Dannette's commitment to community health and education, backed by an extensive educational background that includes multiple degrees in related fields.
