Ashley Johnson

Ashley Johnson, Ed.D, serves as an Associate Professor at the University of Mount Olive since January 2023, bringing extensive experience in higher education. Previously, Johnson held the position of Associate Professor and Assistant Professor at Fayetteville State University from June 2016 to January 2023. As a Co-Owner at Invoke Learning, LLC, from October 2018 to July 2022, Johnson contributed to educational initiatives outside the university setting. Additionally, Johnson served as an Adjunct Professor at Campbell University from January 2019 to December 2021 and worked as a Reading Specialist in both Harnett County Schools and Cumberland County Schools from August 2010 to March 2016. Johnson holds a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership & Administration from Fayetteville State University and has obtained multiple degrees in Education, including a Bachelor's degree and Master's of Education in Reading from East Carolina University and Fayetteville State University respectively.
