Jody Neathery-Castro

Jody Neathery-Castro currently serves as the Interim Associate Vice Chancellor for Global Engagement and a Faculty Member at the University of Nebraska at Omaha, where Jody has been employed since August 1998. Additionally, Jody held the position of Interim Director of the School of Music and previously served as Chair of the UNO Political Science Department from August 2015 to August 2021. Jody Neathery-Castro holds a Ph.D. in Political Science from Rice University, along with a Master’s degree in Political Science and Government from the same institution, and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Journalism from Texas Christian University.
