Vice Chancellor Diversity and Inclusion at University of Nebraska

Marco Barker is the Vice Chancellor Diversity and Inclusion at University of Nebraska. Prior to this, they served as the Associate Vice President for Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (Chief Diversity Officer) at Westminster College from September 2016 to February 2019. In this role, Barker provided leadership for campus diversity initiatives with a focus on strengthening diversity programs, community relations, and D&I strategies. Marco Barker's educational career includes earning a BSIE from the University of Arkansas, a Ph.D. from Louisiana State University in Educational Leadership and Research, and an MBA from Webster University.
