Professor of English linguistics, Martin Hilpert arrived at UniNE in 2012. He obtained his doctorate at Rice University (Texas), then pursued a career as a researcher which led him to the International Computer Science Institute of Berkeley (California ) and at the Freiburg Institute for Advanced Studies in Freiburg im Breisgau (Germany).
His research focuses on cognition and linguistic changes. Passionate about educational innovation, he has constantly invested in new forms of teaching using digital technologies.
