Terra Hamblin currently serves as the Director of the Nevada Prevention & Recovery Program (NRAP) at CASAT, University of Nevada, Reno, since July 2021, contributing to the Collegiate Recovery Community. Terra also holds the position of Senior Project Manager and Workforce Development Specialist at the University of Nevada, Reno, starting in December 2003. Previously, Terra worked as a Workforce Development Specialist at MWATTC from 2003 to 2011. Terra earned a Master of Arts in Counseling & Educational Psychology, with an emphasis in higher education, from the University of Nevada, Reno, between 2001 and 2004, and holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas, obtained from 1996 to 1998.
