Caroline Koziatek

Caroline Koziatek is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources, having served as the Retired Human Resources Vice President and Title IX Coordinator at the University of New Haven since August 2007. Prior to this role, Caroline was the Vice President of Human Resources at WellPoint, Inc. from 1989 to 2007. Caroline holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of New Haven, an MBA earned between 1990 and 1992, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Communication from Bryant University.
