Christopher Reed

Christopher Reed currently serves as the Executive Director of Fire, Environmental and Workplace Safety and previously held the position of Director of Safety, Training & University Fire Marshal at the University of New Haven since August 2014. Prior to this role, Christopher Reed amassed significant experience in the fire service as Deputy Chief/Fire Marshal with the City of West Haven Fire Department from August 1987 to October 2014. Christopher Reed holds a Master’s degree in Emergency Management, a Bachelor’s degree in Fire Science Administration, and an Associate's degree in Fire and Occupational Safety, all from the University of New Haven.
