Dolores Ennico

Dolores Ennico serves as an Independent Director and Chair of the Compensation Committee at RBC Bearings since September 2020, providing oversight for a company that specializes in precision bearings for industrial, aerospace, and defense sectors. In addition, Dolores is a Principal at Canterbury Consulting, offering strategic advisory services focused on acquisitions, change management, and governance. Active in community service, Dolores holds a Board Member position with the Girl Scouts of Connecticut and is a member of the Board of Governors at the University of New Haven, where leadership roles include Chair of the Academic & Student Affairs Committee. Prior to these roles, Dolores was the Chief Human Resources Officer and Corporate Vice President of Human Resources at Olin Corporation for over four decades, driving significant growth and overseeing large employee groups.
