Matt Caporale

Matt Caporale is an accomplished professional in career development with over two decades of experience. Currently serving as the Executive Director of Career Development at the University of New Haven since October 2010, Matt successfully built the Career Center from the ground up, driving significant growth in services, collaborations, and student outcomes. Previously, as the Director of Career Services & Internships at Belmont Abbey College, Matt established a comprehensive office and a strategic plan for service development. At Queens University of Charlotte, Matt advanced from a Job Advisor to Assistant Director, playing a key role in formalizing an internship requirement for students. Early career experience includes serving as a Staffing/Recruiting Manager at Robert Half. Matt holds a Master of Arts in History from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and a Bachelor of Arts in History from SUNY Brockport.
